What can be done??? Very simple, don't ever go into a Bill Heard dealership again, EVER! One exception...you have uncontrolled diarehha and you need to get rid of it on the showroom floor. The SMELL and STENCH of the fraud/deception which surrounds this dealership chain over powers anything else. You also were probably going to get hit with a PHONEY-BALONEY dealer fee too. Telll all your friends, the Great legacy of Mr. William T. Heard III is known in every market in which they operate!

Tonya I want the public to know more about the auto industry so I became a rip off Report consumer advocate a few years ago. I also want to the public to be informed before they are taken advantage of. Go to this Rip Off Report mentioned below and read what this lady posted. You might find it very informative. www.badbusinessbureau.com/reports/ripoff52158.htm Take a good look at the second picture posted on her Rip Off Report. After reading it, you car buyers out there might want to contact your auto lender and ask for a copy of the credit app that they received from your car dealer. You might get a big surprise after you read it. Maybe there is some "untruthful information" hand written in on it. Blow up the pic at the top right and you will see the four car buying contracts this car buyer had to sign. Think about it for a second, Why should a car buyer have to sign four car buying contracts? Many car dealers are playing with the car Buyer's info on the credit app before they send it to auto lenders. Some car dealers will play with a car Buyer's credit app if the buyer has a lower income and might not qualify for what they are wanting. Many car buyers have a low credit scores and it is getting harder for car dealers to get car buyers approved on car loans. Some car dealers are finding it profitable to play the "Fraud game" with car buyers documentation. I would love it if I could find a newspaper or TV show that would let me have a long chat with the American car buyer. I would chat about car dealers sending fraudulent credit applications to auto lenders. I feel the info I have would be very informative to the public. The American consumer needs to be informed of these types of scams. Like to know what I am talking about regarding Fraudulent credit applications? Like to see what can happened to a car buyer behind their back. Like to see what a car buyer has gone through? Go to the following Rip Off Report. www.badbusinessbureau.com/reports/ripoff52158.htm Go to the Rip Off Report that I mentioned above and you tell me it is news you can use. Most of you car buying consumers have never been told about what goes on behind back doors. Many only think they have a good idea as to what is going on. Many car buyers that do get ripped off are the ones that TRUST or LIKE the car dealer they go to. It's called an "UNSAFE Comfort zone". If you hate or dislike your sales person and they know it, you will get a much better car deal. Trust me they will give up the gross just to get rid of you so they can look for a weak sucker. Trust me car dealers love the uninformed sucker that likes their car salesman. The weak or uninformed are easy prey. What I am about to tell you to go and look at is info that you are not going to be told by any local TV station in a consumer news story, You are not going to be told in an article in any local newspaper. Inside info is easy to find if you know where to look and what to look for. Many car dealers hate the Internet because they can't censor what is out there for you to read. I love the Internet because I know where to look to find what a car dealer would not want me to read. If you do not believe what I am saying about your local media, Try this. I have been pounding the Internet to show the car Buyers what car dealers do NOT want you to know. I also have been pounding the media, Newspaper, TV and talk radio to find a form of media that has Balls to reveal car dealer scams. I must say that it seems to me that advertising money from car dealers is MUCH more important to them then to protect or inform you! In Phoenix, AZ We have a talk radio station called KFYI 550AM. Can't say it's a bad radio station. I have been listing for past 10 years. They seem kinda entertaining. You might say I enjoy what they have to say. But they have a few Talk show hosts that will not answer my question. That is "why will they not talk about car dealer scams LIVE ON THE AIR!" They chat about everything else. Police, Politics, stories in the newspaper, the war, teachers that take kids to court, bad drivers on the freeway, Why not car dealer scams? Call screener says it's not news. Yea Right! Email their staff and ask why the topic "Car Dealer Scams" seems to be off limits to talk about. Ask if Stick is Right about what he FEELS about the media. To all who read this, email the following talk show hosts. Maybe they will post a rebuttal to what I say! [email protected] [email protected] [email protected] [email protected] [email protected] [email protected] [email protected] [email protected] [email protected] Now you get to be informed to info that I feel no newspaper will print. I invite one and all to go to the following links. Happy reading below! Car dealer is being sued over shutoff device www.th-record.com/1999/08/14/carpayme.htm Want more to check out? Do you think any of your local newspapers would ever post this kind of info to inform car buyers of what can happen? NO WAY!
