Whoever you are I am sorry.  I am not the owner of this festival.  I was told that refunds were going to be made or atleast made up for the loss so yes I responded accordingly.  I hate it that so many people sustained a loss.

 You ripped me off on Comstock!!  I paid for two people and a campsite and you told me on numerous occassions that the festival was on, that was a LIE!!!  You also told me on several emails I would get my money back, That is a LIE and a RIPOFF!!! Glenn Zacek and Main Stage Attractions is a ripoff!!  Do NOT do business with them!!!

It was never my intention to have personal issues and disagreements, escalate in the fashion that has brought us to where we are today. With false alligations and rumors that absolutely made no sense. All of this corruption that has been put out to the public eye, has created a false character of two men. If the personal situations and disagreements would have been handled in the proper manner.. we would have never had to be here...expressing apologies..

I personally would like to express my apologies to the Mike Gibson and the Gibson Family..for any hurtful statements that was made in regards to him and or his family. If there was any good that came out of this unfortunate experience, it is that I have grown and learned alternative approaches to many situations. And most importantly is to never create a company with a friend..

I have no intentions of debating these malicious assertions... The fact is that this has to stop. I have reached out to Aaron Kirk on this day March 11, 2013 and have tried as best I know to ask for his forgiveness as this is what we are instructed to do. I have forgiven myself and have asked the same of him. If anyone knows about our relationship, it ended in 2010 and it was very destructive to both of our careers and our families. I have apologized in the past, and have done so again tonight for the hurtful things I have said and implied. I simply do not know what else I can do.
I choose to move on, and I cannot dwell on the past. So I would like to publicly take responsibility for my actions and apologize to Aaron for ever starting a business relationship. It is a shame that one bad choice has caused us both so much damage. I wish him well in all that he does!

If I'm going to post comments online for the world to see I want those who are reading, to know that I Aaron Kirk made those comments! I have never used a fake name to write some childish remarks online!!

I haven't heard of this Stewart gentleman but it seems he must know you all very well...based on his comments,he spoke nothing but truth. Well said Mr.Stewart!

As stated on several other occasions, I have nothing to hide in regards to any of my business dealings or my business ethics. With documented proof I can prove everything that both men (Mike Gibson & Glen Zacek) have stated wrong. These two men have dealt more corrupted business dealings,than the human mind could comprehend.

Mr.Gibson made reference to a payment of $32,500 that I was accused of leaving town with... when I seen this,I absolutely began to laugh!! This man is a fool,I have cancelled checks wrote out to April Gibson,Mr.Gibson's wife, that he ask me to advance the funds until he made this so called big money at Comstock Music Festival...which he promised to repay 10 days after the Festival... This money was ftom the Austin Hicks Family, I set in the home of the Hicks family, with documented proof that I had advance Mr. Gibson the funds,with a promise of repayment.. if this family is that stupid to overlook documented proof and believe such a fool as Mr. Gibson.. more power to them for being so stupid!!

Mr.Gibson has consistently made himself out to be this victim... but those who know the true Mike Gibson,knows he is an uneducated fool, that is out for himself and will take down anything and anybody to make himself look like a success...after at least 2 Chapter 7 Bankruptcys, he filed so he didn't have to pay all the doubt that he created... I didn't realize just how crazy this was,until I set across the table from an attorney from a bank that owned mike Gibsons house and I set there with Mr.Greg Begley,Mike's former pastor... we set and listen to him make big promises ,knowing he could never keep them! After several months of hearing he's stories of how he has lost everything... and hearing him tell me how he hired a driver to actually burn a bus down, cause he could not make the payments.. And this man has tried to create a false character of himself..knowing if he doesn't the truth will eventually catch up with him...he has tried to paint a picture of myself to be this person that has taken him and everyone else's money....But the truth is Mike Gibson's day is coming and nothing he will touch will be a success..which has been his life story!!

I could continue and would love to but I think those read this rebuttal, might see a much clearer picture if this so-called Christian Mike Gibson...

Glenn, Thanks for responding and taking the high road. I find it funny that Aaron Kirk would post a separate post about me under the false name of Bill Stewart from Dayton, OH only 2 days prior to this post; however, we will stick to the facts since we know that he cant.
As we continue to work towards making investors whole and a successful concert series moving forward, any interested party seeking truthful information about the Comstock music festivals should know that we will address their questions. We receive many inquiries from concert goers and reply to each one of them on a personal level.
Let me say that Glenn Zacek did an amazing job of providing talent for our festival in 2010. Every artist performed as agreed, and all contractual obligations were met as it relates to Glenn Zacek and Main Stage Attractions from Nashville, TN. End of story!
It is humorous that someone who knows nothing of the corporate happenings as it relates to Comstock is willing to spend their opinion. Aaron  Kirk obviously wrote this because he mentions a wanna be bus company, Prestige Coach in his character assassination attempt. I owed no one from the business venture he had going. This was a poor choice of mine to become involved with him leasing buses in an industry where I had been successful until he arrived. Today, there are unpaid invoices all across the country as a result of him and Prestige Coach. He has called me an employee of his, gimme a break!! He has been and remains jealous that he has been removed from the entertainment transportation industry as a result of my strength within this very small family.
While working together under the name of Prestige Coach, I introduced him to an aspiring Country Music artist from the Dayton, OH area. He took a check from the family for the amount of $32,500 to assist in their recording project and skipped town on them. Today, I have worked diligently to make these fine people whole, while he has had some very uncomfortable meetings with them. He gives me credit for posting things about him online; however, there are plenty of others willing to do so. He has changed his name 3 times since I have known him, all because of what a Google inquiry presents when you look him up.
He doesn't have the guts to post this junk under his real name, or the owners at In Motion Promotion would be paying him a visit. He has been cited by the Englewood, OH police department for a threatening letter he left on my front door May 5, 2012, and the childish list goes on. He says I am to leave his name out of my conversations, but when you post this stuff under an alias name, I am given no choice but to set the record straight. The aforementioned junk about scamming a church for $45,000 can be addressed by reading the other post "Bill Stewart" has out there about me. My friend, and fellow deacon at the time, Matt Smith has commented to set the record straight. I extended an invitation to the church, Refuge Community Worship Center in Tipp City, OH to respond, but they took their option of not getting involved. I respect this, for without these childish acts, there would be no need to.
The difference in Aaron and all of us is that we all have jobs. Get a job, and you won't have time to do this junk. I have not nor never will rip ANYONE off.  The person who wrote this rip off report has a deal with the others mentioned...not me.  I did try and make a go of this festival and still have plans to do so (Lord willing). 

I have ALL positive references for me and my business.  Feel free to ask for them if needed.

The person that also wrote this report has SEVERAL rip off reports and other things pending against them and feel free to ask me about that too.  I am very forthright and deal honestly with all people all the time.
