I recieved an pop stating that I need to get this virus protection becuase I had a virus. The program that was offered would not leave my screen I could not do any work on the computer. So I used my debit card to purchase the program for $49.99. When my statement came they had charged me $190.24 and also a Foreign currency charge of $5.70.
What can I do know none of the program work and i can not reach anyone by phone or email. I will have to notify my bank and change my account.
There must be something I can do to get my money refunded.
Anyone have any ideas?
