Billy's Auto Sales, Billy's Auto Changed Interest Rate/Changed Amount Owed on Last Payment Lubbock Texas
My husband and I decided it was time to finally sell our piece of poop car that we bought from Billy's Auto Sales. When it came down to our 1 payment we had left, they turned around and claimed we owed 3 times the amount! They also said that our receipts were wrong and to void them all out... that they had the correct amount in their system.
Well, when we confronted them on their shady practices, Wayland Horton, the General Manager started screaming in the phone at my husband and then hung the phone up on him.
Do Not Buy From Billy's Auto Sales. They changed our original interest rate from 18% to 25% without telling us! 100% ILLEGAL.
