BioMolecular BioNutrigenics, Inc. WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE, WHERE DO THEY ORIGINATE, WHY ARE THEY NOT ACCREDITATED WITH BBB Manteno, Illinois
I phone ordered Rejuve-A-Joint per a friend's suggestion.
The company offered a FREE sample of Saminex. I called to cancel this produce and was told that I would not receive any other product as my credit card was declined (I use this card with little credit just in case I get involved with a criminal company!!!! Such as BioMolecular!!!
I was told they had tried to call me concerning my credit card AND they had e-mailed me! Not so!!! No contact whatsoever from them.
I received e-mail from a company named Profinity saying that my credit card would be billed.
I called Profinity as I never ordered anything from this company.
They got my information, per their representative, Karen, from BioNutrigenics. Karen readily agreed to cancel these charges AND credit my card for charges already applied.
She advised that this company's young guys just go ahead and add this to my account as if I had agreed to it.
Max (supposedly) supervisor with BioMolecular would not give me info on owner of this company. Three employees with this company, all heavy accents, using the names Max, Jeff and Clark.
Also, their product label says that their product has not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. No web site, no fax number on their product.
