Bipedd LLC Ordered trial tried to call and cancell within 10 days and phone number provided (515-207-4977) is not a working number. Charged full 79.99 Phoenix Arizona
On 8/17/17 my wife ordered this product, which was a 10 day trial for 5.97. First problem is it didn't arrive within the 10 days. Since it had not arrived by day 9, she called the number provided, to cancel the order and avoid the 79.99 full charge. The provided number was 515-207-4977, a Des Moines, IA number, which is not a working number. When the full charge showed up, I called the number shown in my bank statement (same number as above), and still not a working number. Began searching internet and found we are not the first to be scammed by this company. I did locate a customer service email ([email protected]) and emailed them demanding a refund of the 79.99. The response I got back was that no refund is authorized because we didn't call within the 10 day period (couldn't, bad number). The did include a copy of the terms and conditions which indicated what the told me in the email, however, the number to call during the 10 day period on this term & conditions was a different number (480-771-4580) a Phoenix, AZ number. I called this number, spoke to a CS Rep, who hung up on me as soon as I explained the situation. Called back and spoke to a different CS Rep, who said acct was cancelled but she could authorize refund because we didn't call within 10 days. I explained why again, she said she would bring it to her manager and he would call me back (Not expecting a call). This company has obviously scammed many using this method of allowing a cheap 10 day trial and no real way to be contacted to cancel. They must be stopped!
