WATCH OUT FOR THIS SWINDLER!!!  This David Oliver, if he really exists, claims his mother was bipolar and he has great insight into dealing with the problem and will sell his information and really wants you to join his "inner circle" at $29.95 a month.  No, thanks is what I said, but foolishly gave my credit card info, name, address, etc., to buy his brief e-booklet for $27 plus $7.  Then every month I kept getting what I thought was advertising junk from him with a newsletter and CD that I had no interest in.  There was not any statement or receipt or anything to alert me that I was being charged for a purchase I had never authorized.  If he really believes in his knowledge and desire to help bipolar people, swindling people online is not he way to go to earn respect.  I finally noticed these $29.95 charges on my credit card appearing every month, and found his first mailing had on a back page behind his newsletter in black ink on a dark gray background that this newsletter and CD were FREE, and all I had to do was NOTHING and NOT NOTIFY HIM and he would send his junk out every month and charge me $29.95 for being in his INNER CIRCLE (OF SUCKERS).  I complained to my credit card company and after an investigation, his company maintained I had authorized these purchases, and his proof was that he had my name and credit card information.  Some proof!  So far this crook got away with swindling me and many others, but at least I can warn others, and God has a way of punishing those who take advantage of others.  Oh, they have a phone number, but no person ever returns your call about your puzzlement at what is going on and telling them to STOP billing you and sending you their junk.  Wish I could send back this stuff, but I read others have tried to get a refund, and they don't want their junk back.  Wonder why?  Nice website, but business practices not so nice.  bipolarsupportpack.com

Stay Away from David Oliver of Bipolar

I just want to add that I finally got a phone call from this David Oliver Bipolar subscription scam outfit through a different phone number my credit card company was able to locate who contacted them.  I could never get through to them to stop charging me with the phone number they had listed, with just leave a message, but never a reply.  I got ripped off for $29.95 per month for 3 months for a newsletter I never subscribed to or expressly gave permission for my credit card to be charged.  That totals $89.85.  The woman leaving the message said she was crediting me $29.95, but I still have a loss of $59.80 that I want refunded entirely!!!  She also said my subscription was cancelled, but I wonder how you cancel a subscription that never existed?  I call it fraud, and it is little comfort that there are many other victims of this criminal. All I can do warn other potential victims.  When you have a subscription, you recall expressly giving permission for your  credit card to be charged and you get a confirmation and thank you, and you can look your account up online.

David Oliver is self-announted expert without any medical training who had a bipolar mama according to him that yelled at him a lot and couldn't stand him.  He found a way to victimize others interested in bipolar through his despicable credit card fraud for his worthless newsletters that he tells the credit card company were "authorized."  The question is by whom?  Not the card holder, but by David Oliver.

He says he cares about people and wants to help them, but I think what he wants is to support himself through fraudulently stealing from people through his subscription fraud.  Let's see, $359.40 for a yearly subscription never subscribed to is a lot of thievery.  I changed my credit card number.  If you ever see or hear the name David Oliver of Bipolar, or whatever website he is then using, get off that website fast.  Current one is bipolarsupportpack.com  Do not buy any of his digital downloads, because giving your credit card information in his twisted criminal mind is his proof to the credit card company that you expressly authorized him to subscribe you to his newsletter and be part of his inner circle of suckers.

And on the topic of bipolar, I had a friend who is bipolar I was trying to help.   Basic advice I found through my own research is they have to take their meds, eat healthy and get a good night's sleep.  Take a walk, have a hobby you enjoy like gardening, and focus on the positive.  Forgive others, and move forward.  The past is gone.  Have faith in God and pray for guidance.
