Birchcliff Lending - Dean Anderson Loan Fraud Pontiac Michigan
Company approached me via email to apply for a loan online. After applying they contacted me twenty four hours later stating I was approved for a 10,000.00 Collateral Loan. They stated I would need to wire them 1,800.00 in order to receive this loan and one they recieved the money I would have the 10,000.00 in my checking account by noon the next day. I wired them the money they requested because they stated it was the first six months payment. I contacted them and they assured me the funds would be in the account. I have loan papers on hand signed and drawn up by the supposed CEO. In speaking with Dean Anderson the following day at 11:39 A.M. he stated the lender needed another 1800.00 because the loan was too high of a risk. I stated I was not interested in doing this and wanted a full refund of the money I wired the day before. They stated I would have it within thirty days later. I have not recieved any refund and they stated when I contacted them yesterday this was due to it being mailed to the wrong address. They stated I would have the money this week. Since then they have disconnected the number I have to reach them and are not able to be located. The address in Pontiac Michigan is not to Birchcliff Lending and Yellow pages or Directory Assistance does not have a listing for them.
