I ordered an xmark power tower and got it damaged and with defective parts. I bought it through amazon.com. I asked for replacement parts or a replacement unit. I got neither. I sent pictures and they offered me touch up paint and a $50 credit. I declined. I spent hours putting this thing together and like most, threw the box out. Now they expect me to take it apart and send it back for a refund. First of all, I was sore for three days after putting this machine together. I am NOT going to hurt myself again taking it apart. Secondly, I don't have the box and it will cost me too much to send it back as they request with signature confirmation, tracking and insured. So now I have an unsafe product sitting in my home. I'm going to cancel my prime membership with amazon. This company needs to be held accountable for damaged goods that they sell.
