Bizaccess allegations NOT frivolous

#2UPDATE EX-employee responds

Fri, September 17, 2004

Give me a break!! BOB. (Almost certainly NOT Art Durham)
In an effort to address these frivolous un-substantiated allegations that are floating around on the above listed websites and to protect the integrity of our company. [END Quote] "Frivolus unsubstantiated allegations" I challenge you to Prove that anything written by those of us that were associated with BizAccess, on any of the sites you listed, isn't true.
We do admit the fact that we were forced to make some adjustments to our CSM business Opportunity offer due to unforeseen negative circumstances caused by a third party vendor, which landed us in between a rock and a hard place, and apologize to those who were negatively impacted by this situation. [END QUOTE] Yeah, they hopped downlines in an MLM they were involved in and got caught! So the MLM fired them. In addition, they were signing the BizAccess CSM's up with the MLM and lying to us about our involvement. They led us to believe we HAD to join as Manager Reps with the MLM company in order to do the customer service training.. boy were we stupid for doing it. BizAccess got caught for these unethical acts and the MLM fired them. FIRED.
However you must consider the fact that we've worked diligently to circumvent adjustments that would cause adversity amongst participants, it is very unfortunate that we were not able to come up with a resolution to satisfy the desire of all participants. [END QUOTE] Oh too funny. What they did was go to about 1/2 the CSM's (we were chosen by our FICA, not our qualifications to handle such a position), at that time and tried to dupe them into paying $55,000 for the software and the title of Presidential Account Manager, and promised to pay them a little over $4000 monthly plus a per minute fee and some other garbage. Most of the reps saw that deal for what it was, and said "No thanks". (We went to our lawyers and were all told to RUN, RUN, RUN).
Be further advised that disgruntled applicants or existing representatives that could not qualify to participate, or decided not to participate with our revised business program have framed false allegations against our company in an effort to harm our company out of spite. [END QUOTE] Disgruntled? Yeah, Bob, I'm a little disgruntled. I believed in you and your stories for months, waiting ... waiting .. . ah .. waiting .. only to be told that I either take out a loan for a huge amount of money or get lost. So I personally got lost out here in Cyberspace and decided it only fair that others know what I and others went through. When the above deal didn't fly, then they came at us for $7000. and promised to pay us $625 a month plus our per minute fees. Same deal just different figures. Ahhhhh, are we getting desparate boys? And by the way, if I wanted to finance my own salary, I sure would not do it through a couple of guys who haven't shown me any reason to trust or believe in them. I'd invest in something a little more solid and trustworthy.
Out of a pool of 82 CSM's that participated in our business program 82 of those individuals either broke even on the total monitary investment or earned amounts greater than their total monitary investment.
Okay, let's get real. At least 60 of those 82 only paid $165 to join. (That is after the Duped MLM company, et el, gave us our refunds) And worked with/ or at least TRIED to work with BizAccess for 4 months. So exaggerate if you must Bob. We know that's what you do best. Maybe you don't think that making an average of $40 a month is anything to complain about, but most of us were not happy about it. Let's NOT FORGET you promised us $30 an hour and said we would have NO problem making $3200 a month working full time.
In addition several CSM's that started with the people who are making false aquizations on the message boards have earned in excess of $8,000 USD from BizAccess over the past 2 months. {/QUOTE] Yeah, because they financed their own salary! We will see what they say when you shut your doors and they are stuck with personal loans for $55,000! In the meantime, I imagined they are pretty motivated to dupe others into joining to make sure they don't lose their money. Including those folks who paid the $7000. How can you sleep at night?

BizAccess Is Not A Scam

#3REBUTTAL Owner of company

Fri, September 10, 2004

To whom it may concern: Please be advised that we've reviewed allegations listed on the following non accredited websites, www.real-home-employment.com , badbusinessbureau.com and www.williecrawford.com which all seem to imply that our company is not legitimate. In an effort to address these frivolous un-substantiated allegations that are floating around on the above listed websites and to protect the integrity of our company. We have decided to respond to these false allegations. We would never willfully nor intentionally commit wrongful acts against anyone for financial gain as we resolve to treat stakeholders, employees, independent representatives, affiliates, clients, and the community with respect and care. We do admit the fact that we were forced to make some adjustments to our CSM business Opportunity offer due to unforeseen negative circumstances caused by a third party vendor, which landed us in between a rock and a hard place, and apologize to those who were negatively impacted by this situation. However you must consider the fact that we've worked diligently to circumvent adjustments that would cause adversity amongst participants, it is very unfortunate that we were not able to come up with a resolution to satisfy the desire of all participants. Be further advised that disgruntled applicants or existing representatives that could not qualify to participate, or decided not to participate with our revised business program have framed false allegations against our company in an effort to harm our company out of spite. Out of a pool of 82 CSM's that participated in our business program 82 of those individuals either broke even on the total monitary investment or earned amounts greater than their total monitary investment. In addition several CSM's that started with the people who are making false aquizations on the message boards have earned in excess of $8,000 USD from BizAccess over the past 2 months. We wish you all success in your future endeavors. If you have any questions regarding this matter please e-mail [email protected]. Sincerely Yours, BizAccess President
