Ewwwwwwwwww,
when the prices are too low then you end up attracting low class trash.
if you want a better class of people you need to charge more.
let this serve as a lesson for all dog breeders

I also purchased a puppy from Brenda. She was so friendly at first via email when I put $100 down.
However, when I got my adorable little puppy, it was obvious something was really wrong with her back legs. I contacted Brenda severla times via email and got no response. I took my puppy to the vet and he wrote a statement just as she required in the bill of sale if there is a health problem.
She remained incommunicado.
I threatened to take her to court. No response.
It wasn't until I forward an article regarding puppy mills to her that I recieved a vitriolic response. When she was served with papers from the police, she suddenly wanted to solve our problem. I got my money back and have my puppy who is now two and severally crippled in her back legs. Euthanasia is on the horizon as she is beginning to lose control of her bladder.
Please do NOT do business with this unethical woman. Yes, the puppies are great but they are not being bred correctly, she does not give the papers, she does not communciate at all well, and she gets really crabby when you are trying to solve a problem.
Stay away from Brenda Mattson.

Just so you are aware this is the price Brenda Mattson charges for most of her puppies with papers. I bought one and received no papers either and also ended up with a puppy that had severe genetic problems. Brenda Mattson sells puppies for this price because they are not vetted properly. She promises shot records and papers and you never see either. She likes to have other buyers deliver her puppies so there is nothing the buyer can do...because after the customer receives their pup she ignores phone calls, emails and letters informing her that they have not received the promised information and in worse cases that the puppies are very ill or have even died because of HER neglect!!! So before you post a rebuttal about something you know nothing about why dont you check out Wisconsin Court Reports and other peoples complaints!

I find it hard to believe that any breeder would be nice enough to offer papers on a puppy you paid $250 for. That is a rescue fee and dirt cheap. As a buyer how can you even expect registration??? I guess only because the breeder was too nice to offer it and somehow it fell through. Big deal. You just about got the puppy free. Like I said rescue priced! I advise BK Chihuahuas breeder to stop selling pups for $250 with registration papers. When buyer's act this callus over paying a measley $250 for a puppy, then for crying out loud don't give papers with this kind of price. Why offer them papers? See what you get for dealing with this kind of consumer? They say they love the dog and yet come on here and cut you up over something they really aren't entitled to anyway at that kind of a price. Be more careful who you sell your puppies to and raise your prices up. Just my 2 cents worth. Geez the buyer says she was ripped off and yet she has a puppy she loves ,that she got just about free. Buyer seems worse then the breeder.
