Black Mountain Furniture Company - Elijah and Regina Boling The "Ripoffs" haven't stopped!!! Internet
We endlessly searched the internet for barnwood furniture. We were excited when we found this website as the products shown were exactly what we were looking for. We always like to call and speak with an individual when we are making a purchase over the internet, especially when the purchase was as large as this one (over $2,000!!!).
Regina was EXTREMELY nice, having a soft, girly voice that tends to be very "trusting." She seemed very knowledgable about all the products and seemed very flexible in custom making the furniture exactly the way we wanted it. She even told us she was available "after hours", and actually took our order over the phone around 8:00 p.m. Well, let me just say that was the end of the "after hours" availability, or availability at ANY TIME for that matter!!!! Once our credit card was charged, she vanished.
We have been calling several times a day EVERY DAY for 2 weeks and NO ONE WILL ANSWER THE PHONE OR CALL US BACK.
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, do not EVER consider giving these unworthy people ANY of your business or money.
