Piss poor service and quality of work performed. Shop uses sub-par materials and staff is unprofessional and unskilled in general. Manager/ Owner is very rude, dishonest and his business is run in an ethic-less manner. Has resorted to putting out Groupons to keep his shop full. He only collects 50% when you buy a Groupon, so if you must use this shop, go the Groupon route. This way, when something goes wrong with your install, Groupon can/ will stand behind you to get it resolved. He doesn't take responsibility any other way. ***This review is based on my own consumer experience with the Manager/ Owner of this shop*** Its awful you have to put such disclaimers in a simple review, but the Manager/ Owner of Black Optix "reports" any poor reviews of his company--shady.

First let me start with Black Optix Tint is the best company in the Richmond area hands down. I have live in Richmond all my life and I wouldn't take my car anywhere else! I highly recommend Black Optix Tint... I have never had a bad experience there and neither has anyone I have referred there! This staff including the owner are some of the friendliest people I have ever come in contact with...they treat you like family! It is very clear that the person who left this bad report is someone just trying to bad mouth this company...probably because he owns a tint shop of his own and his customers are leaving to go to Black Optix Tint! I always stand up for things I believe it and I can tell you that I trust Black Optix Tint 100% I will never refer anyone anywhere else!!
