Black & White Auto Body & Paint - They fixed my bumper on my 1997 Audi A6 with used parts and told me they were new and did a terrible job! I had to take the car in 3 times and they never fixed it right! I physically went in 3 tim Colorado Springs, Colorado
Black & White Auto Body & Paint did not repair the front bumper on my car correctly as they had promised, and also did not use new parts as they told me they were going to in order to make the repairs that were needed when I first brought the car in to them. I had to take the car in 3 times to get the bumper fixed again because it was falling off the car, and was then told the last time that I was in to see them that the whole bumper needed to be replaced at a substantially higher cost to me.
I called and e-mailed the owner of the company several times to try and get a resolution and to have them fix the poor quality work that they did to the car, and had also physically stopped by the business in person several times to talk with the owner, but never got a response back from the owner who obviously did not care about the quality of his companies work, or the fact that they lied about using new parts in the car when they actually installed used parts which I later confirmed with the local Audi Dealership in Colorado Springs.
I will never do business with them again and would not trust them at all, based upon their lack of integrity with their clients, and also the poor quality of work they put out!!! I encourage everyone to stay away from them!
