i wish to remain anonymous as this person knows where i live and i feel he is a danger to public safety! where to begin. My husbands birthday in near and he is a firearm enthusiast as so am i. so i though why not buy him a new toy. i called around looking for a AK PAP rifle nobody had anything close to this platform in stock so i tried google i wasn't looking to pay 1,000 for a 600.00 rifle google poped up this company www.blackdevil-firearms-refinishing.com it showed they had AK PAP Rifles i called and asked for price the person i talked with said his name was louis and that he was the owner of the company i asked how much for a PAP rifle in 7.62x39 stock no extra's just stock. he said 700.00 i said deal he said he only accepts cash at the moment as his card machine is down so he said we would have to meet i asked what is his address he said he works out of a studio no foot traffic that he could meet me at my house i thought might as well since im buying the rifle and i can handle myself. so everything was going great showed me the rifle it was as described in a case but when i started to inspect the rifle he started acting funny looking at his phone every 2 seconds started to get very impatient started to get a obnoxious attitude told me to hurry up his time is money. the rifle looked clean on the outside but inside there was paint flakes scratch marks and the internal parts were not where they should be. when i asked him if he knew about this he got very defensive with a attitude started mumbling swears. I TOLD HIM TO LEAVE! i was not comfortable he was acting like he was hiding something or doing somthing illegal so deals off! he left cussing called me a b***h and other swears i told him he needs to leave or i was gonna knock him on has a*s once he was outside my home he started throwing a tantrum screaming and cussing then screaming that i was part of someone's gang and that he was gonna file charges with PBSO? that a deputy sheriff will hear of this? and i will pay? i told him to leave or i was gonna call the cops after i put one in him! i got all of this on my house's security camera's i did call PBSO seems hes a very troubled individual going through a lot of things. bullshit! no FFL should be allowed to act that way and the deputy said all that he would do is call him warn him and that's the extent of what he could do as a cop? whatever i don't fear this person hes a nutjob! after this google then showed me he has many reports and many people on youtube showing what damage hes done seems hes harassing and threatening several kids on youtube that were at one time ripped off by this person i plan to call the ATF and show the video of his fit in front of my house after i get my husband a new firearm. all i can say is stay away from this nutjob dont do business with him hes trouble!

If this person came to your home to sell you one of his guns out of inventory he was in violation of federal law. The ONLY place an FFL can transfer a weapon legaly is in his registered place of business or a registered gun show. Outside of that he is breaking the law.
Yours is not the first report of Louis Rosenberg doing this. There are other reports of meeting him in parking lots etc. Maybe the BATFE should spend more time looking for wack-job dealers like this instead of gunruning to Mexice?
