I was sent an item I did not order I paid $25.00 + $7.05 shipping. Then I paid $4.95 + $1.00 to ship back to them for an item I did not order.
They sent me this E-Mail back
Now you are just being rude and unethical. We are an honest hard working company that's been around for years! It's a family owned business and you've forced us to become defensive and we'll get in your face. We did not bait and switch, you f***ing idiot. And good luck with that. We have been in business since 1995, we are not thieves or con artists. If a customer receives a wrong item by mistake, it was most likely due to a picking error in the warehouse because the model numbers are very much alike, but I can guarantee you it was not a bait and switch, what a jerk you are. You insult and offend us with this stupid retarded accusation. People like you are dishonest and maliscious. We don't care about people like you. It's stupid how you act and overreact. You will be treated exactly how you treat other people. Go ahead fool, come down upon us with this impotent civil suit. We laugh at you, pimp squeak clown. We've been around 15 years and will continue on and into the future. You will not waste our time anymore... consider yourself ignored. IGNORED
