Blandford Homes Blandford Homes Ripped me off by selling me a home with a cracked slab. Mesa Arizona
When I purchased the home the salesman didn't tell me the home was on expansive soil. Thats a very important fact to leave out. Ever since the house has shifting and walls have cracked. Driveway has moved and shifted, Block fence has cracked and opened up. Floors have cracked, its never ending.
Post tension slabs were recommended by the city but ignored by blandford and now my house is a piece of crap. Would anyone like to buy it? Now I hear post tension slabs are code.
When I walked through the house the slab was cracked from one side to the other. I asked one of the people who worked for Blanford Homes about the crack. He said not to worry it was just a stress crack. Well, now that same crack is in the middle of my house and it is raised up 1/2 inch and you can almost trip over it under the carpet.
You can do what you want to but I would never buy another home from blandford homes. They will make cosmetic changes and wait until your home warranty runs out then you will never hear from them again! How do I know, It happened to me.
Buying a home from blandford was on of the dumbest things I ever did in my life. Please don't make that same mistake. it's been years of pure hell and a very hard house to sell. Think twice before you buy your next HOME!!

seems kind of odd, all three of these reports against Blandford appear to be from the same person.
If you didn't like someone in your house why did you close on it?
Also, are you sure your in a Blandford home? I don't believe they have built in Gilbert
