I bought a Cub Cadet LTX 1046 lawn tractor, and the s****.>
I got it in July. Before winter, the tensioner pulley on the mower deck fell apart--the welds tore off the bearing. I took the deck into them. There were several others there. It took 10 days before i got it back. You would think that maybe they would stock the part, HUH?
Turns out that they don't stock the belts for this, either. HMMMMMMMM. I had to take my wife to a doctor in Springfield, 60 miles from home. Found the belts there. It was not a Cub Cadet Dealer.HMMMMMM
The last time it quit running, it was farther away from the house than my extension cords can reach, so I pulled the little lever that releases the transawel, and went and got my truck to tow it to the shop. GUESS WHAT? The lever didn'tr release the transaxel. It made 2 rubber tire tracks on my asphalt driveway all the wawy to my shop. I called the dealer. Part of the 4 year guarantee is that they come pick it up, and deliver it. Took them 3 days to get here. It has been there 3 weeks, and they are "still waiting on parts".
Come on guys. I have sevral antique cars, the newest is 60 years old. I routinely order parts from AutoZone, Carquest, Advance Auto, O'Rieley, and they arrive the next day. The tractor is still in production. What is the 3 plus weekwait for parts crap? Do you people make such a poiece of crap that you can't make and ship parts fast enough?
