I would like to agree with the initial complaint. I have been doing business with Arvixe for over two years, and their customer service is worse than ever. I have been waiting for my PersonalClass hosting to be upgraded from Personal to Business for four days. When I pushed this ticket again today I had a tech person reply that my sites had been hacked and to remove malicious code.

I wasn't told about this hack four days ago, they sold me Business hosting instead. I am now being charged for the BusinessClass hosting, as they upgraded my billing on the same day, but haven't upgraded my actual hosting account four days later.

The forum is awash with negative reports from customers who have had problems, I was asked to remove my forum post by one of their staff when they said they could upgrade my hosting and resolve the problem. I declined to do so because I knew that deleting it would mean I would have to write everything out again when they failed to do what they said they were going to do.

Four days later I'm glad I left it there. I'm not going to agree to delete it because people should know what kind of service they should expect from Arvixe.

Arvand - if you've invested what you say you have in customer support, and you suggest that tickets are responded to immediately, why have I had a ticked waiting for action for four days? Why did your staff change me to BussinessClass billing while I'm still on PersonalClass hosting? Why are you charging me for a service I'm not receiving and why are your tech staff responding to tickets with a completely unrelated problem that they didn't mention four days before?

I would like what Duke (your employee) promised me four days ago - my sites up and running, on BusinessClass hosting (which is what I'm now paying for!!!)  Instead I've lost another four days with my sites barely functional, I'm being billed for a product I am not receiving, and now I'm told that my sites are hacked too.
