Complaint Review: blowfishunlocks.com - reseller.blowfishunlocks.com - Internet

This guy Sage form Blowfishunlocks is the most disrespectful and unprofessional person we have ever done business with. He will give you all the excuses possible on why the services are delayed and when you question he will curse at you as if you were a child.  This guy will make you loose your customer base and you will loose your business as well! He claims to have services, to be the biggest and the best and exclusive and charge you for a service stating that it will take " X " amount period of time to processes!  The processing time for your codes/unlocks take way more than the estimated time they have listed on his websites.  

 After sending him 2 emails requesting status on our order he replies "the service is having delays, if you want faster service you should have choosen express service".  So we replied back " our order was originally placed on the express service 1-14 days and after 28 days you replied back with " CANCELLED - Resubmit using Express Service 1-5 days, which we did and paid more money and it has been now 15 days and still not done either."  3 days passed and no answer from him. To which if your running a business "your closed" and  your customer are "GONE".  This man Sage at blowfishunlocks.com - reseller.blowfishunlocks.com, will simply stop answering your emails if you have any source of delays on your orders. So I decided to open a dispute in order to recover our money back.  Now he decides to response, this is the way he answers you:   

"since you opened a dispute with paypal deal with them. will take 2 weeks since you could not even wait even for a response. i can post anywhere in the world it doesnt matter.. you clearly need to learn patience if anything."

"my website shows 1-7 days because its an automated site. you just assumed 1-7 days as my advertisement never stated anything on timeframe. your ignorance will cause you to get nowhere with anything."

"as stated already. you already insulted me. deal with paypal. you can wait 2 weeks for your money. its not against any laws. you clearly are the worst buyer ever if anything!"

"good for you man. i am in the usa. so doesnt mean s*** to me. you are a complete moron if anything. leave me the hell alone! "

"you should also write you are a moron to them as well and f****** bloody impatient... f****** cant even let someone f****** sleep and cries like a baby!"

 This man Sage must not know the definition of the word express, and what business ethic is.  We understand that there can be a delay of 1,2, maybe 3 days but are you kidding me 43 days and when we ask you a simple question you dont answer till you get a dispute and than you email us this.  He is running this so called business, or operation out of a his house, has you send in money, you place your order, like in my case several orders. The orders have taken over 4 weeks and others already 2 months past the estimated time they have listed his website.  He will not refund or correct the level of service offered.  He has no business ethic, respect. He is the most disrespectful individual we have ever delt with.

As you can see from these email we receieved he is very unprofessional, and I wouldnt even call them a company its disgraceful getting treat like this, I hope someone Sues this site as itneeds closing down!

The so called delays is JUST with this blowfishunlocks.com - Reseller.blowfishunlocks.com company!! These man just keeps your money and you have to put up with nonsense excusses, insults he tell you (if you are lucky, in my case open a dispute you will get you money).  Your will not be refunded, he wont answer your emails and if he does be ready to get insults, and they will just RIP YOU OFF !

If you run a reputable cell phone store and you supply services to your customers imagine what you will have to tell your customers, and all the headache you will be going through because of a company and some man that just simply does not have any business ethic and so disrespectful!!! You will be refunding your customers back and waste money..........
