Ok I signed up for a bluebird card, they only let me have access to $2000 a month, from the atm. My major complaint is I used thr check services. I wrote 4 check on Sept 21, one to gas bill, one for the light bill, one for credit card, an one for comcast. I received 4 late payment fees, an returned check charges from each company. They wouldnt honor bluebirds checks. I tried 3 times to the credit card company each an every time it didnt go through, i called the number on the check to preauthorize it, an still credit card didnt get funds.

Called bluebird they say. That since its ivr authorized they cannot stop payment an give me a refund. Its just floating somewhere in the system. Still showing pending status. They said they will email me a dispute form. Its been 4 days still nothing.Im on phn now 48 min. An this rep has me on hold. All while i continue to receive calls for non payments, an funds are just holding, until they get the form from me an do an investigation. This is a bad company. Customer service is all overseas. direct deposit always post late. Im done with this card.
