Blue Devil Marketing scam unprofessional rude ignorant manager Raleigh North Carolina
I remember starting with this company; excited, ready to learn and grow into a successful manager. I was shocked when I realized how immature and ignorant the manger was. He made distrubing comments to and about his reps. He would always say something and do another; everything he said had fine print. My final straw was when I heard him talking negatively about a former employee, who quit the business. He called them "We as F*ck" and "how we need someone to serve us our food or pick up our garbage" Why would he say that? I asked myself. This is the same person who he had speaking in front of the team; talking about how they were the example of how to reach management. I never felt the same afterward... I did create lasting bonds with my co-workers and stayed in contact with them. After talking with current and former employees, I heard the same complaint, which was major payroll issues. Russell Maryott has been short changing his employees for a while now and people need to know about this. These aren't minor discrepancies either, I'm talking as high as $800 short. I was told that he stated in one of the morning meetings that he put his family on payroll. (paying his family who don't work for the company) Where is this money coming from? He only has one office and doesn't not have the income to put family members on payroll. I've heard on regional managers doing that, but they have atleast 9 offices under them. He has been advancing is caucasian reps 100s of dollars and helping them by setting them up with interview to help build their team. He has done several shady things that are starting to come to light. There are other companies out there that actually appreciates their employees and operates fairly. Why work for a company that pushes you away and slanders your name when you leave?
