Blue Dog Ink Dori Chapman Purposely sent wrong items-charged 15%restocking fee-took two months-shorted my credit Boca Raton, Florida
I ordered toner according to their search along with my printer model. The amount of this purchase was $513.00. I received the wrong toner. I called and left messages, emailed and sent a fax. Their on-line chat is non-existent. There is no customer service dept., I never had one phone call answered by a human. I was finally contacted by Dori Chapman after the tone of my emails changed. She gave me instructions and an RMA# to return the toner. We talked about how I received the wrong toner, exchanging the toner and the fact that due to the way I was directed to this particular item number was through their search engine there was no talk about a 15% restocking fee. I was left to think that we would do an exchange. Several weeks after returning the toner I still had not heard anything from this company. I again started emailing and leaving phone messages, never speaking to a human. At first they said they never received the toner, then after another several weeks they said they would credit my account that day by 8pm. That didn't happen, again with the calls and emails and faxing. Another week of waiting and finally on June 7th I received a credit of $411.00. Not only did they take out 15% restocking fee but they kept an extra $25.05 for themselves. I have asked them to do the math, why did they short me? They have yet to respond, I am not surprised. I think that they purposely send the wrong items, hit you with a restocking fee, and then see how much extra they can get away with. Their website looks impressive, all those warehouse facilities are not theirs but businesses that they drop ship toner from. Their customer service is a joke. Forget about talking with someone on the same day. Good luck with finding who owns the business. I did though. Contact me.
