Blue Green Resorts Horrible customer service Boca Raton Florida
I cannot even express how much time Blue Green resorts has already wasted of mine, and how they are nickling and diming me of my time and money as we speak. Their customer service is always busy, they don't pick up or they don't have enough people to handle their call volume. I am never shopping at bass pro shop again. This will not work out in their favor. Kinda sucks because I love bass pro shops, but the way they work this system is shitty to no other. They even have a pastor doing their sales pitches. Its sick how they can claim to be about providing vacations to make people happy. Just another money maker maximized by hiring people that aren't helpful and manipulating people.
