Blue Haven Pools Faulty Filtration Poor Workmanship deceitful practices flat out lie Arlington Texas
In 2004 we were elated to learn that we had been approved to get a pool in or back yard. Had I know then what I now know about Blue Haven Pools I would of run far and fast in the other direction.
Blue Haven turned our dream of owning a pool into a nightmare. We purchased an upgraded filtration system that reduces the amout of chlorine you have to use. We figured this a good idea considering we have small children. We were told that this equipment would save us tons of money as it was made to last for YEARS. Well our ozinator no longer works and Blue Haven wanted 100 dollars just to come and look at it. We have also discovered that certain valves that should have been installed were not making it very difficult to keep the pool in "good" order.
During the contruction of our pool the workmen would take long vacations,we would have to call them and ask when they were coming back to work. On a couple of instances we found the men lying on the side of our house SLEEP. Yep SLEEP! It took them almost 3 mothns to complete our pool. 3 months, we were told 30 days give or take a week.
We have had nothing but problems with our pools equipment. We try to enjoy it when we can, but I feel like I am flushing money down the drain every month when I have to send in a payment.
If you are reading this because you are considreing a pool please do yourself and your check book a favor. DO NOT use Blue Have no mater how atractive they make it sound.

I am reading about the other clients of Blue Haven pools across the country and I am amazed! Our pool was built by them in 2006 and we had no problems. The pool was complete in fourteen days! When talking with the Designer, I told him that Blue Haven's reputation was bad but I was willing to give them a try. I am so glad I did! They gave me an unbelievable price and I have sinced been a reference for them. Don't believe everything you hear. Sure, we had a few issues that had to get taken care of. But I would call their office and it would be handled within days. Thomas Flower mound, Texas
