Blue Haven Pools ripoff the business that doesn't give a dam Ontario California *UPDATE
I am upset with this comp[any and their uncaring attitude. I paid thousands of dollars to have a pool install and it doesn't even work.
My install was held up because of failed inspections.
There is an oxidizer installed on my system and it is not installed correctly, it failed inspection. After waiting for this to be installed correctly and then wait to be re-inspected.
I was told even at the start up, that it was still not installed correctly.Then I get a phone call saying that they have to come and take it out because I am not supposed to have it. Why did they wait until after a passed inspection to say that.
When they came and did my dig, I had to pay the excavator out of my pocket, and we disposed of the dirt on my & my neighbor's property, in doing so they did not have to use the (2) dump trucks and drivers. When I asked if I could get a re-imbursement or an upgrade, I was told no, even though they did not have to pay out the money for the excavation, which was included in the price of my contract.RIPPED OFF.
When I spoke with them in May and asked if the pool would be finished by July they said sure, as long as my payments were on time. I paid in full at the gunite process. It is now mid August the pool is complete, but the spa and heater do not work.
So now they want to come and take out the oxidizer and I want they to leave it in and make it work, at no charge to me. They say will would come and fix my equipment and remove it at no charge to me, because of course it is not their fault that this happened?????
If I would have known, I would not have spent my hard earned money with this uncaring, greedy company.

I am writing to inform everyone that Blue Haven Pools in Ontario, CA has agreed fixed all the problems with my pool/spa. The heater and valves now work and I have received my pool/spa covers. I have spoken with them and they have agreed to let me keep the oxidizer that caused so much trouble, and they are sending someone to install it properly this week, and then it will have a final inspection, so by next week the install of my pool should be complete.
