Blue Hippo biggest ripoff in the new century Internet
ordered a computer (laptop) in August of 2007. my so called contract with them stated computer would be shipped after making 9 consecutive payments of 39.99. well here it is February of 2008 and guess what? no merchandise has arrived. After multiple calls where they guarentee that my computer will be shipped in 2-3 weeks I have given up. I called them today and advised them to stop taking money out of my account, to issue to me an immediate refund (due to the fact that they are in breach of contract) and to have someone contact me from management (to which they responded management does not contact customers.) I am now in the process of filing a complaint with the Attorney Generals office here in Michigan and also contacting our local news carrier regarding this company. Oh yes they advised me that I would not be able to obtain a refund because my contract (which again is in breach by them) states I can only receive store credit. I never received the darn computer I sure as heck do not want to try and purcahse anything else through them. I think anyone and everyone who has been cheated by this company should look into a class action suit.
