Blue Oval Industries Owner very unprofessional over the phone!! treated me as if i was a crimnal.. Elkton, Virginia
Buyer Beware. I purchased a set of what was advertised as sub frame connectors off Blue oval industries. I thought i was getting them as pictured and discribed in the ebay listing. i got them at my home only to find a big hole in the box about 2 ft by 10 inches. only one pipe was in the box and nothing else. I called the phone number listed with ebay and paypal. I got the so called owner on the phone and told him what i got at my home. he flipped his lid and told me in a lack of words to go pound salt!!! and im being nice on here...... He screamed at me! he cussed at me. I told him i was going to paypal. I asked him just to send me the missing parts!! he refused.
I come to find out this was dropped shipped and he didnt even have anything to do with it. his employee told me this has happened before. i called paypal and filed a dispute. they refunded my money and i mailed him back his box exactly as i got it. i tracked the box to keep him from scamming me farther. now its been well over a year and get a very suspicous letter in the mail from blue oval industries but it has a fake looking court papaer claiming he filed a civil case against me in court where he is at. mind you he is 350.30 miles from me and over 5hrs!!! so now he claims i sent him an empty box??? YEAH OK!!! this guy is USDA 100% SCAMMER!!! all i can say is avoid avoid avoid!!!!!!
