First of all, I am not a SIR.
Secondly, as soon as I noticed this complaint here and the fact you called to do a dispute with Visa (without giving our support staff the courtesy of responding on Monday), I assumed you wanted a refund. It's certainly the vibe you gave off in your complaint. However even if you did not act so aggressively, we would have still refunded you regardless if you requested it in accordance to our refund policy.
Also our phone number is a toll free number in the United States. It is possible that your phone carrier does not support dialing of US numbers with toll free prefixes, something you probably should have inquired with us first, during stated business hours. However skype does support the dialing of US based toll free prefixes even if the customer is not based in the US.
Finally, the phone number I listed is our customer service number that is listed on the customer's credit card bill if this descriptor is supported by their card issuer. The phone number on our website is general support, but it can also transfer the customer to customer service if there's a need, once again, during business hours. Note that our support staff are people too, and take major holidays off from work.

Hello,
Actually sir i didn't ask for a refund, I sent a mail to "[email protected]" on April 07 2012 with the following:
"Dear IPP,
I applied to buy your "work from home" guide in an offer you've made for around 60 USD. After that there was an offer for online support or something like that when i clicked it to know more about it i found that you've charged me for 241.93 USD without me knowing that am going to pay this some. and you didn't sent me any e-mail confirming the process at all. so please clarify to me what happened and why did u charged me for this extra amount?"
As you can see i didn't ask for a refund, I asked for a clarification so how come you said that you've refunded me without me asking for a refund???
The second thing is that i didn't claim that you are related to "Blue sky international" i said that the Agreement was between me and "Blue Sky Ventures, Inc.". and as for the customer service number that you provided me now, unfortunately Sir I have to tell that its not the number that your website provide me in the contact us section, and when i checked it know i found that they have changed the phone number again to "(877) 345-2224" and when i searched this number i found it related to your website - Google it Sir and you'll find it to be the third result in the first page.
Finally Sir as you can see there must be something wrong. And one last thing when i tried to call the phone number that u provide me now which is "877-774-7634" I got one answer which is " Calls to five three, am sorry the number can't be dialed" every time i call it.

Hello,
The reason we didn't respond back to your email is because we were closed during Easter Break. You ordered on a Saturday and demanded a refund on a Sunday. You didn't even bother to try our product or give us a chance to respond. Also we have nothing to do with Blue Sky International. This is a completely different company registered in a different jurisdiction. Kindly note that our customer service phone number is 1-877-774-7634.
We will provide you a full refund without question. We would have done this regardless of this complaint if you just had given us a chance to respond after the holiday.
