Well it's been a month since they had the clubs picked up for return and I still do not have my money back! It only took 1 day for them to take the money but it must take several weeks to issue someone a credit. For a company that wants to clear the air they have done nothing to support it. I will pursue it further if I don't get my credit over the next week. Looks like they like the negative press.

I have been contacted by Blue Tees Golf and they have agreed to have the golf clubs returned and issue me full credit. They claim that the reason I was not able to get through to the manufacturer was because they were in the middle of moving to a new location, I believe them and withdraw my complaint against the manufacturer. I did not recieve any replies from Blues Tees Golf for the first 9 days of trying to contact them by phone and email but they did respond as soon as they found out I posted this message. I will give them the opportunity to credit my account for the full amount they owe and if it's in a timely manner I will update again and withdraw my complaint.
