Used card for months no problem.  Direct deposited $7000 check, again no problem.    Tried to use their ap to take a pic of a check to deposit it online and it declined the check several times.   I then mailed the $5700 check to them to deposit and they take a week reps sponged to say they relieved the check.   Few days later they demand identity documents.   I fax them and then they close the account without explanation.   I call and wait on hold 30 minutes and finally talk with someone who tells me they don't accept my faux of state id and SMS card!    They won't tell me why and won't accept anything else because the account is closed.    

 this outfit is a joke.  Arrogant, brusque and ruthless with YOUR money.   I expected better
