I has put a large sum of money in the account Friday the month of march ..2015 by the morning of Saturday . the next day they said I had nothing avail.. I had called and called the first rep stated there was a update .. And my acct had suffered a hit. He assured me that my money in full would be replaced with in 72 hrs due to the tech team had to revie to make sure it had no other error. I still yet to be fulfilled of there promise the money is long gone. I placed over a 100 logged call to beg and pleade for my money.. I did every loop hole possible.

Even several supervisors assured me that this would be taken care of . One rep was nice enough to give me a courteous credit and I was told he was fired . for help a single mom get her hard earned money returned.. It was only 50.00 of the amount but sleeping in my car .and my mom passing away in the same time frame didn't help.. And my autistic son had to suffer . so needless to say I. Still in the whole and someone has stolen my acct .. I font know all I know is run from this lieing deceived company and never give them nothing in case in loose it. There system updated and wipe me clean.. Watch out

on the date of March 13th 2015 I bought a bluebird card at Walmart in my local area went ahead and put on that correct amount of money to activate it from there three days later I placed all of my cash 300.00 I was saving for a car repair.. And I had just had a family melt down with my mom dieing..acvording to te first rep I called in to talk to educated me about a update threw ATM and accounts were compromised.. on that Friday morning I went ahead and put all the amount of 300 with a total of 301.00 including the start up dollar on there and by Saturday morning all of the money that I've placed on there which is total is listed above was removed all I had was roughly 15 dollars and 70 cents on the Bluebird card bank account prepaid card..the main reason I chose Bluebird is because of the fact that they give you an opportunity to have a bank account as well as some other travel options and some perks that really interests me that was the only reason I went and put that money on the card in thinking that it would be safeso as I get ready for the Saturday morning which is one day after of place in that money on the card that Saturdaymorning I went to use the card and nothing avail.. That's when I called insufficient funds.. They said that a update . and or ATMisdues lots of peoples accounts were messed up.. an they told me that there was a series of update that happened that evening on that Friday night that would have established that there was a tech support issue and all of a few of the other customers have gone to the exact same problem is I have some sort of update will basically what it did it cleaned out all of our accounts the few that were available they couldn't give me any other information than the fact that they could and would be able to establish that once the tech support guy was able to come back to work which was that following Monday all of the money would be placed back on my card ASAPso I patiently waited till Monday morning I called and spoke to Anna Bill supervisor and she said to me that all the money that has been looked at was considered part of the updates and they apologized up and down and said within 72 hours the money will be replaced back to my cardwith a series of signatures and paperwork filing they established that with the tech support and they were the ones who issued the refund I had to sign paperwork and fax and talk on phone and talk to more supervisors and basically got no where but the runaround there was one rep that was able to give me a $50 courtesy credit due to the circumstances that they had seen that it was not my fault and it was there is that was the best they could do finding out that they did terminate that gentleman that was so helpful to meI have been reading up and down about Blue Bird and if they are a fraud company I would have known if I would have never ever ever place my money in their handsso there's no sympathy here that's all facts of fact is that they took money and never replaced it they did nickel and dimed $20 here $5 there and still have not issued me the total refund amount that was promised to me 3 months another thing that there is a negative balance on my card account which makes no sense whatsoever because there was no money plates on the cardfor to be negative account so again they're validation and their credibility just went down the drain again so every supervisor I talk to you which is a total of 5 there was a hundred forty three calls log of me calling within a3 week time frame back and forth up and down on my lunch break in between driving through wherever I was at I was calling them frequently intrying to follow up on the situation and it was never fixed I'm still trying to get answeres

Why would you be giving money to a credit card company?  You DID NOT say you were paying a bill.  Reality is, this is NOT a credit card!  Its a pre-funded money card...BIG DIFFERENCE.  Since that is really what it is, I would just about bet money what has happened here is you have continually used this card and have NOT kept written records with an on-going running balance.  Therefore, you had no clue as to how much money you actually had in the account.  You can also forget all the side issues which have NOTHING to do with this.  You bring them into this STORY just for sympathy purposes.
