i filed a dispute with the company, they invesigated and then gave me a refund. it was 4-1-2014 the new card was sent out. Well they dont tell you that its coming ups and they have no tracking number to give you. welll the card gets lost for 15 days . now mind i have bills like everyone else, all of my money is direct deposit. ive been broke, lost my car , my home ,and my furniture. i also go to school. no one speaks english it takes 45 minutes trying to make these people understand english. this company needs to be closed down.  THEY SUCK its the 17 of april 2014 still no card
