Hello, My name Lorraine Levinson.I do have serious issues with customer service. In April I ordered coat/cape and right away I did return to them on April 28th, 2017. Here my order number #34453811893 here the prove from FEDEX delivery my returns Bluefly got my Returns on May 2nd, 2017, since this date I got just one single message -receiving confirmation. I do calling, but they are not answering, the telephone has been disconnected. I am writing to them without responses too. They do keep an expensive coat and my money, they sent some kind of advertisement on my email instead of giving me a proper date and time of my returns. I did return according to the Policy !!! They are not following their own Policy, this company is not Legit , total fraud by them !! My email is [email protected]
