Bluegreen Corporation liars, ripping consumers off by promises Boca Raton Florida
We bought this time share almost two years ago in Myrtle Beach. One of the promoters stopped us in the street and told us about it, When we went to sale presentation, sellers kept adjusting the price, because we were not very into it, then seller told us that if we decide to sell company will buy it back. We only aggred to buy it when he said that company will buy it back. We have heard people having problems with time share company but we thought bit we don't like it we always can sell it back. We heard other sellers saying the same thing about resale program to other buyers as well. They showed us a such a nice picture.
Now when every time I ask about it, the answer I get from customer service is: we are not offering resale program at the time and that they never gave me any papers stating that they will buy it back. We didn't use our time share, I paid all the maintenace fees, some off the fees are ridicilous, i was late paying last month so they charged me: 1.5% finance charge, 25.00 late fee, 15.00 lockout fee.
If i would have known we would have never bought this time share. Now knowing the way they trick people in buying it, i would never suggest to anybody to buy from Bluegreen Corporation. I filed report with better business bureau and filed a complaint with Florida's attorney general. Please if this company ripped you off file a report with better business bureu www.bbb.org and file a complaint with Florida's attorney general http://myfloridalegal.com/. We need to stop this.
