BLUEHIPPO CAPITAL they didn't send my computer, and still taking money out my account BALTIMORE Maryland

i'am reporting about bluehippo,saling me a computer and taking my money and never sent my computer to me yet and still taking my money out of my bank account. where is my stuff? Or refund my money back, i have started 0n the date of december 5,2007 and still have received my computer. please help me get my money back!!!
