Bluehost.com Blue Host Web hosting Stole my money

I had hosting with Bluehost.com Blue Host Web hosting they shut my account for no reason and will not give me back my money or even reply to me. everytime I call I just get the run around from a bunch of rude people who have no clue what they are doing.

BEWARE of BlueHost. Bluehost is NOT a good company, Bluehost has very QUESTIONABLE practices and if you value your web presense, you need to run as far away from Bluehost as you can get!!!

I have read this complaint and there are a couple of points I would like to point out. #1) Every time Bluehost shuts down an account it is for a good reason. Bluehost has what called a terms of service. If you violate the terms of service they will either deactivate or terminate your service with bluehost. They also send a e-mail stating the reasons why the account was suspended or shut down. Here is a copy of the terms of service. http://www.bluehost.com/terms_of_service.html There are many good reasons these this (TOS) is put into place as you read it you will understand why. Next time become familiar with the (TOS) before signing up for any services. #2) Bluehost when you sign up you sign a contract for a certain amount of time. Unlike most companys which will hold you to your contract bluehost will give a prorated refund to you the amount of service that was left on the contract. To say they don't refund is a lie. It is automatically built into the system once an account is deleted. #3) The people who work at Bluehost do know what going on and do not give a run around. If they were "rude" it is most likely a frustrated customer who is very upset (which is understandable) and treats the customer service/or tech very rudely as well. remember They are people too! They have good days, bad days, get upset and frustrated also. When I have issues with a service and I call up Customer service or tech support I remember that if I treat the other person nicely they will likely pull a few more strings (to the best they can) then if I was yelling at them. And at least Bluehost all are located in the USA and not India. (Clear English)
