Blue host is a ripp off. WARNING: STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I started using bluehost.com webhosting about a 2 years ago. Once they got well known everything went downhill. My site has gone down repeatedly. When you call their technical support they can't help you get your site back up and make a lot of excuses. Blue host just put my order through for a pro hosting upgrade and promised it would propogate in the middle of the night and not affect my site. 2 minutes after placing this order my site is down. They told me "there is nothing they can do." They said my site will now be down for 6 hours in the middle of the day. Our company will now lose thousands of dollars and lose valuable customers who will not trust or use our services again.
Bluehost is a scam. Don't use this web hosting service unless you want your website to go down and reach a technical support team who can't restore your site, make bunch of excuses and can't forward you to a supervisor when you request it.
Sales person will promise you one thing on the phone then your site will mysteriously go down. When you call blue host hosting they will blame you the customer and or make excuses with NO SOLUTION.
If your website or online business means anything to you avoid BLUEHOST like the plague.
