I was in need of two formal dresses. The 1st dress was needed on February 27th and the 2nd on March 13th. I contacted Blush Kids via email concerning availability of the two dresses that I selected.

The dress needed for March 13th was readily available, so I immediately placed an order. Within minutes I received an email coupon from Blush Kids, for 10% off my next dress purchase. I searched the site for a second dress that I liked, and placed a second order.

When I tried to redeem the coupon, I was told the promotion was no longer valid and that it would not be honored. The website also advertised a 100% price guarantee. I found the March 13th dress cheaper on two other sites.

I was told that one site did not offer free shipping and the other sites dress was below the MRSP price, so neither would be honored. The website did not state any of this, but within a day or so was changed to include the above.

I was told that my Feb 27th dress would arrive by the 15th. When it did not arrive, a few days before the event, I started to get nervous. The tracking number supplied to me was not recognized by UPS. I was then told that the dress was lost in the mail. I was offered a 10% discount and store credit toward purchase of another dress.

 I chose a different dress. It was promised to be shipped overnight the dress did not arrive the next day. However, it did arrive on the day of the event. But it was the wrong color! Blush Kids offered me my money back with the return of the dress, but my daughter decided to wear it anyway.

I asked Blush Kids if I could return the March 13th dress instead, because I wasnt really thrilled with it. I was treated with such disrespect, after I had been so patient with Blush Kids. After many conversations of being accused of wearing both dresses, they agreed to take it back for a 25% restocking fee. 25% for a brand new dress! I told them never mind. I put the dress on eBay, and ordered the one I like better directly from the manufacturer for a cheaper price.
