Bob Boyd Lincoln Dealership Lied & decieved, did not take FULL responsibility for breaking part on vehicle Columbus Ohio
The following post is based solely off of my opinion and is not made to slander or defame the characters of any companies or persons in any way, but to give an honest review of my experience:
We brought our car in for a shuttering issue (that was not fixed), had a full car inspection and was told that we needed 2 new tires, but after they changed the first 2 tires, we noticed a slit in a back tire that was not previously there, so then we had to pay for another 2 tires, they tried to overcharge us for all of the tires as well. Upon return of the vehicle we noticed horrible creaking sounds underneath the vehicle. After a 2nd trip to the dealership (videotaped) we discover the dealership overlooked a broken coil spring. In the video he said for us to just buy 1 from a specific place, but they only sell them in sets.(Note: its highly advised all 4 coil springs be replaced when having to replace 1 because of the imbalanced pressure being applied to the others to compensate for the broken coil, this can also create problems with the tires, shocks, control arms,etc & other parts of the suspension as well) The vehicle is incurring more damage everyday it is driven and now other coil springs have broken in the process.
We were lied to several times, the excuses the staff gave us individually didn't match up with each others collectively. We were spoke to as if we were mentally incompetent in some way, when everything we brought to the dealerships attention was logical. We were put in danger, by being deceived and allowed to drive with a dangerous issue being unresolved. This not only puts us at risk, but other drivers on the road as well. To top it off, we are being told we have to pay to fix a mistake they made.
