Bob Eiselman a sacramento Ca attorney and or lawyer ripped me off, he took over 3k dollars in cash and only made like two or three phone calls, this attorney should be avoided at all costs and do not ever give him cash. He will show up disheveled and reaking of cigars looking like he was on a bender. Find a reputable attorney and avoid this one!

Attorneys cannot always proceed in a matter for which they were retained because of ethical concerns. I will not disparage a former client who appears to be disgruntled because I was unwilling and unable over 10 years ago to advance what turned out to be frivolous and unethical matters on his behalf.
I will not disparage a former client as the record reflects others have done. Although work was done, a refund of fees was offered but rejected by the client. It is unfortunate that there are malicious and irresponsible people like this.
