Promised exclusivity in market. Actually calling tons of agents in market to sell service. Promised 1-2 LISTING APPOINTMENTS per week. Actually provided zero listing appointments. In 6 months only provided 12 "leads” that were just telling me about FSBO open houses. Sellers either didn’t return my calls or didn’t know who I was when I contacted them. NONE of them were expecting me for an appointment or had any intention of hiring a real estate agent. Contract promised a refund if I satisfied after 6 months. Actually refused to issue refund when requested after 6 months with no reason given. They have tons of complaints against them. Do not fall for thief scam!

We have had 250+ partners in our schedule for almost a decade but unfortunately, we are usually dealing with a dozen agents at any given time that are not taking listings.
There are 3 reasons why our program would not work for an agent.
1- They don’t send in their numbers for us to prospect. They get buys or stop sending in their expired and FSBO numbers and then blame us when we can’t prospect for them.
2- They don’t give us feedback on listings that they’ve taken nor do they sign and send referral agreements. An agent is in breach of our agreement at this point and we will stop calling for them.
3- The agent simply can’t take a listing. Taking listings requires skill and some, although a very small percentage of the 250+ partners were expecting a “come list me” magic pill.
