 I purchased a BMX 640I from the dealership On September 15, 2014. The day that we picked up the car the blue tooth was not working. The sales associate said that she woulod get someone to look at it. No one looked at it. In the advertisement for this car it said it has blue tooth. The next day I took the car to the BMW dealership in North Haven, CT. They said that this car does have blue tooth but the modular is broken and needs to be replaced. My husband called the dealership back to let them know that the modular is broken. It needs to be replaced. The dealership whants nothing to do with it.

My Husband told them that it says that it has blue tooth and it was advertised that it has it. It is not my problem that they did not check it before they sold it to use broken. I have all of the paperwork from the BMW dealership and Ford. BMW even said that they are responsible for this. My Husband talked to Colby who was very rude to my Husband on the phone and he wants nothing to do with it. Colby had no problems being nice to use to make a sale. This is a disgrace. We trusted this dealership that everything would be in working condition. The associate even said she would get someone to look at it. All we want is what was advertised and that is to have the blue tooth fixed.
