BOBBI HAYASHI/HAYASHI SYNDICATION LLC/HAYASHI ASSETS MANAGEMENT LLC promised us jobs, had us relocate across country, promised us housing and upfront monies and gave us nothing SOUTH DAYTONA Florida
You do NOT want to deal with Bobbi Hayashi aka Denise Walters or her daughter who works with her, Christy Hayashi aka Christy Walters. These people are nothing but liers and thieves. They portray themselves as being an accomplished company worth millions when in fact Christy, who lives with Bobbi, is on state welfare who collects food stamps and also receives financial assistance.
Bobbi offered us jobs selling real estate and promised us upfront monies, traveling expenses, promised to ship out our furniture and vehicle and pay for our housing for 6 months. She claimed to have this multi-billion dollar building in the process of being built on International Speedway in Daytona Beach, Fl, consisting of high-end condos, high-end businesses, beauty salons, etc. and to have celebrities such as Julia Roberts and Mathew McCaughney, who she said were already owners of two of the condos, be spokespeople to promote this building called "SKY VISIONS". She even went as far as showing us a 10 page outline and artist renderings of this project. She also had someone on the phone talk to us pretending to be Matt himself!! Our young son was so excited to be able to talk to a "movie star" and was even more excited thinking he was going to be able to meet all these stars as this is what was told to him and my husband and I.
Well, we thought this would be a great opportunity for us so we packed up our house, put our things in storage, left our vehicle there and flew out to FL with the airline tickets she purchased for us. When we got to FL, we had no house or apartment waiting for us other than her house which is about the dirtiest home we've ever seen! She gave us an air mattress to sleep on the floor with, we used our own pillows and blankets and every morning we woke up to tons of bug bites on us. We weren't provided with a vehicle nor did she give us any money nor buy us any food. She would leave with her pregnant daughter and her granddaughter and tell us they would be right back with food only to see them 10 days later!! We survived on the canned and boxed food I had shipped down prior to us getting there. Her excuse for all this craziness was that the "mansion" she was buying in Viera, FL, which included a 4,000 sq. ft. guest house on the property which was to be ours, would be closing in 10 days and that's why there was no furniture or vehicle there for us, it was already in Viera in an apartment close to the house and we would be moving into that apartment until the house closed. It was one lie after another!
When they finally came back 10 days later with no food, we told them we wanted our money, our furniture and our vehicle that was all promised to us so we can get out of that crazy atmosphere and go get our own place and jobs but the lies began again. She said they were gone for so long because she was finalizing the paperwork for the house and getting all the paperwork together that the banks required for her "billion dollar" project.
She told us that her "investor" from India who was investing 50 million dollars needed the rest of the paperwork notorized and that everything would be complete and ready for us to begin sales in a few days and then she took us to see our "new" house that was on the same grounds as her "mansion".
When we got there, she drove us by the property but wouldn't let us go inside because it wasn't "finalized" yet and she said for us not to pay any attention to the "FOR SALE" signs all around the property. She even took us to enroll our son in the elementary school near the "new" house. The school needed documentation stating that we indeed were moving into the "mansion" and she said she had all the paperwork at her office(?) and would bring it to them in the morning. Needless to say, that never happened.
I can go on and on with this story but I think you get the point. These people lie, they have nothing but tell you they are millionaires and the only thing we've seen them do is ruin peoples lives. We weren't the only family this was happening too. There was another family who had a little boy that Bobbi Hayashi did this too at the same time it was happening to us! These people have no conscience and have no problem ruining peoples lives. In their sick minds, they twist it around and say "they tried helping us and the other family but we just weren't patient enough!!"
For anyone who comes across these people, run, don't walk, the other way before they have a chance to ruin your life too.

AN INVESTIGATION WAS DONE ON HAYASHI SYNDICATION / BOBBI HAYASHI. OUR FINDINGS WERE: 1. BOBBI HAYASHI RENTED A UHAUL IN ORLANDO TO SAVE ANOTHER UNKNOWN FAMILY OF EIGHT FROM A TENANT EVICTION FROM LEE VISTA CLUB APARTMENTS VS MARIA AND HER FAMILY. 2. SHE MOVED THE FAMILY INTO ONE OF HER BEAUTIFUL MAINTAIN PROPERTIES, WITH A LEASE WITH OPTION. 3. BOBBI HAYASHI TALKED WITH HER FRIENDS WELL KNOWN IN TOWN AND WAS ABLE TO ALSO GET THE HUSBAND AND SON A JOB. 4. BROTHER AND SISTER IN LAW WROTE A FRAUDULENT REPORT ABOUT HAYASHI SYNDICATION/ BOBBI HAYASHI USING MARIA'S IDENITY. "IDENITY THEIFT" FINDINGS: MARIA "DID NOT" WRITE THE RIP OFF REPORT ON HAYASHI SYNDICATION AND/OR BOBBI HAYASHI MARIA IS A PASTOR AND TEACHER OF "CHRISTIAN WORLD IN ORLANDO." MARIA STILL IS AND HAS BEEN THE ONLY FEMALE EMPLOYEE OF HAYASHI SYNDICATION. MARIA'S WORDS TO THE WORLD "GOD BLESS BOBBI HAYASHI AND HER FAMILY." WITH TEARS IN HER EYES SHE SAID SHE FELT THE PAIN BOBBI HAYASHI FELT INSIDE ABOUT HER BROTHER AND SISTER IN LAW. NONE OF THIS MAKES ANY SENSE. IT IS DANGEROUS TO THINK THAT PEOPLE LIKE YOU ARE ENTRUSTED WITH THE VOTE AND THAT YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO THINK ABOUT YOUR FAMILY AND YOUR FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES TO THEM! YOU SHOULD HAVE CHECKED OUT THIS WOMAN"S CREDENTIALS BEFORE YOU EVER THOUGHT ABOUT MOVING! FLORIDA REAL ESTATE SCAMS ARE CLASSIC RIP OFFS! THIS STORY SOUNDS LIKE BAD FICTION AND PEOPLE WHO DON'T CHECK OUT POTENTIAL EMPLOYERS ARE PRETTY STUPID IN MY OPINION! This is a very interesting ripoff report" that I came across. As I read through it, the lies and hate bewilder me. Knowing Bobbi Hayashi, I laugh at this report. The author" of this report is low and beholdher brother and his wife. Yes some of the statements that are written above are true such as Well, we thought this would be a great opportunity for us so we packed up our house, put our things in storage, left our vehicle there and flew out to FL with the airline tickets she purchased for us( they had no house and were living in their car). This is oddshe bought tickets with her own money to get them out to Florida. If you want to say lies and horrible things about a person, it would probably best not to say that they bought tickets for you and your family. Lets see, her brother and his wife and son were having financial and law problems so Bobbi, being the caring sweet person she is, offered to bring him and his family out to Florida so they could have a place to stay. She did offer them a job working with her, however told them that her condos (yes they are actually do exist..gasp) would prob. not be done for awhile. Anyone who knows anything about business should know that deals that cost a good amount of money won't take a week, a month, or even a year to complete. She let her brother and family stay in HER house. Another mistake..if you were a Strange person" who is going to work for someone, it is quite odd that she would put you in her OWN house with her family. Oh that is right, you are familyso she was trying to be a good sister. If anyone has been to Bobbi's house, you know for yourself how clean she keeps it. But, that comment is childish and I would rather not comment anymore on that topic. Statements after statements about her not giving them food or a car were uttered in this report. If you were just someone that she offered a job to then that is kind of asking a lot isn't it? I only wish that I could find a job where they fed me, gave me a place to stay and gave me money. Oh that is right, it wouldn't happen, which ultimately shows that this whole article is a lie. Being that it was her brother, she fed him and did give him money. No probably not 100,000 dollars, which would be absurd for him and his family to receive for just sitting on the couch all day or playing poker, but she gave them enough money to survive and have fun. I guess her brother and his wife weren't happy with sitting at home, not working, just relaxing all day. I guess because they didn't get filet mignon everyday and a BMW to drive around in, they got upset." I mean I guess I would too if I realized that I couldn't live off of my sister for the rest of my life. If you were trying to write an article about how bad of a person she was, you again probably shouldn't have mentioned how she even tried to enroll your son in elementary school. If she was trying to ruin your life, I don't think she would care about enrolling your son into school. Evil people don't do that. Not only did she let him stay in nice house but also a beautiful apartment. She sacrificed her own comfort in order to make them happy. This is not the first time that her own brother and his wife tried to ruin her life. Numerous people told her not to get involved with them, including me, but being the person she is, couldn't turn her back on them. She thought they could change, and have a good relationship for onceguess not. My heart goes out to her, she only tries to help people, and when they don't get their way, or free money, they get angry." And yes I too can go on and on about this, but it seems a little ridiculous that a grown man and woman can take time out of their day to write an article of lies because they didn't get their way." For all the people that come across this I hope that you know Bobbi Hayashi enough to know all these atrocious things said about her are lies. She is such a sweet genuine (busy) person, who wants to succeed in life and take care of herself and her girls. I aspire to be a person like her. P.S. If you want to write not one but two different" ripoff reports saying what a bad person she is..you should probably not make the same spelling mistake twice.. it is LIAR not LIER. Next time use the spell check.
