I began chatting on Google hangouts where a man, who said his name is Scott James, began chatting with me in November 2017. He said his finance, Barbara Whenal, is suffering from cancer and he is stuck overseas and can't be with her. He asked for 3, 000 thousand dollars to to come back to the states. Then he asked for my bank account information and address. I refused and he got irate and told me that I am being heartless. I stopped chatting with him.

Yes both speak in regards to religion then turn around lie. Both are conniving and deceitful people to do what they do. Pretend to be good people then turn each other in and make false claims then they are right back working together the next day. Maybe they make a good pair but hurting people is not a good occupation.
Be extremely doubting of anything they say if you are unlucky enough to meet up with them on the internet. I am only left to imagine the nightmare they are in person. They will get caught someday and will point the finger of blame at each other.

I started chatting with a man who said his name is Scott Moreau on Facebook about Christmas of 2017. He spoke highly of his moral values and character. He said he is a widowed man who is very lonely and told me I was the answer to his prayers. He said he had an internet stalker named Barbara Whenal who refused to leave him alone and was spreading lies on him. However, I later learned that this woman had actually been working with him when he asked me to send ransom money to her to get her leave him alone. I questioned him and he said he really needed the money to help her pay bills, because she had many medical bills. I didn't want to get involved and blocked him. He wanted 10 thousand dollars to help her pay bills.

These two individuals speak greatly of religion then attempt to swindle people out of money to pay medical bills.
