Craig, Everyone knows the first post was a lot more accurate. Did your manager find your post and force you to recant? Body of Change is a complete rip off and even if some of the trainers care about their clients, they are not there long enough to make any difference. The sales pressure is intense and the contracts are iron clad. Tell me another industry besides car sales where you are stuck with a monthly payment and there are no "refunds" if the service turns out to be poor. Let's not insult everyone here by saying what a wonderful Utopian organization it is. I just hit 6 months and cancelled today. Thank God. Anonymous

Craig you are either very young or very foolish. Body of change operates it's business and hiring techniques in much the same manner as a cattle call in the modeling industry. Most of these trainers (and I say most) don't have a clue what they are doing. They overbook and understaff. At some point when you see complaint after complaint after complaint you might want to pay attention and do a little investigating. I have on two seperate occassions signed training contracts with Body of Change. You would think that I would have learned my lesson after the 1st time, but I thought I would give them the benifit of the doubt, go to another location and try there. When in fact it was exactly the same. I payed a full years contract both times and I have over 25 sessions remaining that I haven't been able to use because I either can't get a trainer during the hours that I need one, they quit, get fired, they toss you around from one person to the next. They don't show up for sessions, the double book and try and train someone else during MY paid for session. Body of Change is a JOKE. They don't care what results their clients get, because they already have a signed contract that you can't get out of. Good luck in your career because you are going to need it.

I am Craig Milstone. I did not write the previous letter regarding Body of Change. I think they are doing a fantastic job with their customer service. Of course when you have an enormous amount of people you service there are bound to be some people that are not happy. This applies to any organization such as Starbucks or a Car Dealer. I hope you will see this and realize that Body of Change is committed to providing the highest quality of service to its members. Thank you CLICK here to see why Rip-off Report, as a matter of policy, deleted either a phone number, link or e-mail address from this Report.

I am a former employee of Body Of Change. I believe this company to be solid. They take the clients and give them copies of all contracts. They explain in depth nutrition, exercise and cardiovascular health and how to achieve this. They are fun professional people and work very hard at what they do. For someone to write a statement obviously is an attack on me and my dream of advancing in a company that is great. The district manager is a loving person, honest, fair and caring. The regional manager is more of the same. They all give you the tools to be a success. They give you a copy of your contract for you to read at your leisure. I explained my pay structure to more then one person. I casually discussed it with friends who I have known and clients I have met. For someone to write something and place my name and address on this is upsetting. I get personal with all my clients in that I want to see results. I am stunned that someone would do this and very upset. I worked for this company and they treat the employees with nothing but respect. To see such a detailed analysis of what was written really upsets me. For this I have left a company on bad terms. In my life I always like to end on a good note. This is just a tabloid that was written. I take responsibility in that I should have not discussed with my personal friends my pay scale. I should have stuck with personal training what I love the most and sales. I sold something I believe in strongly. Changing Peoples lives. I believe when you are passionate about what you do and happy with your leadership you excel. Money will follow. My goal was to excel and become a record breaker in all areas. I wanted to change lives and the name Body Of Change couldnt be more appropriate. The regional manager stands behind its employees and customers. I hope to someday get my dream back. Helping people achieve thier goals. I know what its like looking in the mirror and not feeling good about what you see. Body Of Change helps in the confidence area. I have told my clients to wear tank tops to feel more confident and show the muscles we are improving. I miss my clients and the staff. I truly loved Body of Change. I hope that people will see that a million dollar company is bound to have people that are not satisfied. If we could please everyone then we would be perfect. Only God can be perfect. We are working every day to improve this. If I ever get my dream back I would put a suggestion box for customers to give feedback. This would enable management to address issues quickly and improve on an already fantastic organization. I dont want to end this on a negative note but the comment from "Craig" is groundless and hopefully you will read between the lines. It was hurtful and I hope that people can see that you will have a great unique experience with this company. You will love your trainer as they are all trained to make you feel fantastic. I believe in them and my previous management. I believe they are straight, honest and believe in selling results. Body of Change is rated number one in the fitness market. They work hard to help you achieve goals. Thank you \
