I did get a phone message that 100% of my money (appr. $700) will be refunded to me. That was in January of 2006. It is now April 5, 2006 and I have not seen one penny of that money. In fact, Body of Change corporation did not even seem to know of it when they sent a reply from my lawyer stating that I paid the remainder of the balance and thus my account is closed. No mention of a full refund!!

A written, signed contract can never be superceded by an oral agreement. They will tell you anything to make the sales quota, and usually these people are commission only sales reps. They will tell you anything to get your signature. I'm sure Brent is fully aware of the tactics used, as this is a common ploy in the industry. I always liked the title V.P. The position really does not exist on any corporate documents. It is a fancy title for a manager. There are usually a dozen VP's in any big company. They still have not addressed your other losses due to thier "honest mistake".

When Jennifer's letter was faxed to me, I cancelled her program and had 100% of her money refunded. I called her the same day and left a message that I went ahead and did that for her. The letter that she faxed to one of my clubs was the first I had ever heard of her situation and it was handled the same day. I talked to the employees involved and it seemed like an honest mistake. I apologize if it caused any inconvience. Brent District V.P. Body of Change Orlando, FL
