Boland Naturals is a dishonest firm using worthless products. They prey upon the hopes and dreams of individuals looing to improve many aspects of their lives. In our haste to believe a product works common sense and caution are thrown out the window.
Boland Naturals has NO money-back guarantee. This is almost a NORM in today's business arena. Customers should have a means of returning products that do not work as advertised, or dissatisfied with. Boland-Natural's policy is "once shipped, You OWN IT!" The telephone consultant very defiantly stated that they are not liable for customer's inability to read and comprehend the website. he went on to say that customers should not only read and understand what IS stated, but ALSO what is NOT stated.
As of this date, Boland-Naturals does NOT accept returns UNLESS the customer has "opted out" Or quit their "managed care" aspect of the business prior to their shipment of the product. That has to be done at http://www.96shoes.com Once on this site, you have to select from the large list of products they offer. Once you find out that you have been ripped off, it makes you very furious.
They skirt the very edge of legality, capitalizing on very unsuspecting people (victims), and give them no recourse in case something goes wrong.
Another tip that something is not right is the fact that their customer service number is ALWAYS backed up, with waits ofetn exceeding 30 minutes. Every few seconds, a recorded prompt comes on to let you know how busy they are, the fact that there will be a substantial wait, and an invitation to call back at a later time. This is a very slick operation.
Because of the unsavory methods used to deceive the public, Boland-Naturals should be considered a company to WATCH. If you have NOT done business with them....Please DON'T. It is nothing but pain and frustration. I now have $59.95 of worthless product that I cannot return.
If there is an impending lawsuit in the future, I would like to be at the head of the list of dissatisfied customers. I would like my money back for sure.
