I am a recently published author and didn't want to use Lulu again as they are very pricy for children's book. I reached out to Bookmasters as their prices were competitive and they were an American based company. Well NEVER AGAIN!! They have made mistakes after mistakes: not meeting deadlines that they had committed to, not providing customer service, AND sedning refunds to the wrong persons. I am stil waiting for my refund check for books that they did not print. Apparently they sent it to the wront person and are now forwarding me to deal with their Accounting department. $100 may not be much for them, but I have an 8-mths old and I WANT my refund! Their Accounting department is not responding and the Account Executive I have dealt with is washing her hands off the whole thing.

I will NEVER use them again. Sorry if it means that I now have to outsource printing services overseas (because Amercia forgot the meaning of "the customer is king" but at least the customer service there can't be worse.

Don't fall for Bookmasters and don't say I didn't warn ya.
