I have received a call from Boost Mobile. My phone is back on and I lost some very important voice mail and missed God knows how many calls I may have received from clients for child care, notary or a cleaning business. Boost Mobile told me they were having system issues that have may effected over 300,000 consumers. All I know is I paid them nearly two weeks ago and may have called them well over 2o times or more. Honestly, I do not have any good advice for anyone about any particular company other than, just keep a good eye open and contact the right people to get positive results when dealing with complicated issues.
